Ghostface Killah needs no introduction, he is one of the greatest rappers of all-time; in fact, him and his brothers in the Wu-Tang Clan all have a strong case for being in many people’s top ten. Method Man has shown time after time that he is indeed timeless, showing his versatility in an industry that keeps on evolving, whilst heavyweights Raekwon, Inspectah Deck, GZA and Ghostface Killah have all built a legacy that will forever stay embedded in people’s hearts. From Tical, to Enter The Wu-Tang, Only Built 4 Cuban Linx…, Supreme Clientele and Liquid Swords, the Wu-Tang Clan has cemented themselves as New York’s finest ever group. And they’re not done. Method Man is on a legendary features run (collaborating with Griselda’s very own Rome Streetz), RZA broke through the cinema industry, Raekwon is fresh off releasing his own body of work with The Emporer’s New Clothes, whilst GZA, Inspectah Deck, U-God, Cappadonna and Masta Killa are all still making moves, even if they’re not as busy as their peers (although in the 2019-2023 hit Hulu series Wu-Tang: An American Saga, all of the members’ origin stories were told through the lens, and thus giving fans a more in-depth look into how the Wu-Tang Clan came up in New York City.)

Ghostface Killah’s very own Supreme Clientele dropped 25 years ago, as the 21st century began, and remains to be one of the greatest bodies of work of all-time, and has aged remarkably well. When Ghostface Killah announced that a sequel was in the works, a lot of anticipation was built, and many questions were posed, would it hold up and how would it fare compared to the 2000 classic? A simple glance at the tracklist before the album had come out was all that people needed to knew they’d be in a for a treat: Redman on the intro, M.O.P, Styles P, Conway The Machine, Ty Boogie, Aisha Hall, Raekwon, Method Man, GZA, Pillz, Reek Da Villian, Nas, Driz, Iceman, NEMS, Sun God & Supreme-Intelligence all appearing on Supreme Clientele (and no this is not an extensive bibliography list but an album’s guests.)
