After Tha Wolf on Wall St dropped last year almost to this day, Tha God Fahim and Your Old Droog are back together, YOD dropped a hint for the release of Tha Wolf on Wall St 2 a month ago, stating: "It is coming even sooner than you think".

The project, titled Tha Wolf on Wall St 2: The American Dream, dropped on the 28th of January 2022 is 8 tracks long, with its runtime being 21 minutes, slightly shorter than its predecessor.

Wall St With Briefcase is the opening song, produced by Fortes, who also produced No Days Off, the track that follows; both songs sound as smooth as each other and both artists complement each other with their different rapping styles.

On Bull market, the instrumental is so smooth and calm, Nicholas Craven is on the production and knows exactly how to work with both artists, as he has done so in the past, the only criticism would be that Tha God Fahim sounds so smooth on the track that it makes you forget that the track is only 3 minutes long, I wish his verse was slightly longer.

On Chubby Pockets, which is produced by Conductor Williams who had an amazing run of form last year, working with Westside Gunn and many other artists is once again showcasing why he is one of the best in the underground scene.

War Cry sounds flawless, the song produced by Messiah Musik is the closes thing there is to perfection, Your Old Droog follows Tha God Fahim's verse in the best way possible before the song abruptly ends to make way for War of Millionz, once again produced by Messiah Musik.

The production on War of Millionz sounds a tiny bit more minimalistic compared to War Cry, leaving room for Tha God Fahim and Your Old Droog to display their talent on the two-and-a-half-minute song.

Znakomi produced the last two songs of the project with Corporate Ladder, and I Won't Stop, the trumpet on the second to last track sounds beautiful, with both rappers adapting their cadence to the pace of the instrument playing. I Won't Stop is also sumptuous for the outro, the track is phenomenal, 'I won't stop because I am an all time great, I can't stop because that would be a mistake' states Tha God Fahim before handing it over to Your Old Droog as he lays off his last verse before the instrumental slowly fades away.

Everytime Your Old Droog and Tha God Fahim work together, they are bound to create something they are proud of, and this is no different, Tha Wolf on Wall St 2 is sonically gorgeous and will be on rotation for a long time. The productions from Nicholas Craven, Messiah Musik, Znakomi, Conductor Williams as well as Fortes have been excellent and I am looking forward to whatever comes next.
